Agdia has two
positive control options for a WSSMV positive control. One option is a
lyophilized tissue control, LPC 43001. The other is a lyophilzed synthetic
control, CPC 43001.
The tissue positive control for WSSMV is a lyophilized positive control
derived from naturally infected tissue and manufactured to serve as a
positive control with our WSSMV ELISA.
The synthetic positive control for WSSMV is a synthetically produced
material, not derived from plant tissue, designed to specifically react with
antibodies used in our WSSMV ELISA. This control is not recommended for use
in molecular applications.
